Physical Day will be held onsite at Dorman High School, Dawkins, Fairforest and Gable Middle School! All rising 7th-12th grade students will have the opportunity to get a sports physical for the 26-27 school year.

DMS Thursday April 16 8-4Current 6-8
FMS Wednesday April 29th 8-12Current 6-8
GMS Wednesday April 29th 1-5Current 6-8
DHS Thursday April 30th 8-5Current 9-11
Athletes must bring the History Form (front side of physical) completed and signed by a parent/guardian.
Athletes must bring $25 at the time of physical (Cash, Checks(Payable to ReGenesis Health Care), Tap to Pay and Mobile Pay).
Physicals should be obtained at the school the athlete currently attends.
