The Lady Cavaliers defeated long time rival the Boiling Springs Bulldogs tonight in the scorching heat with an overall victory of 4-2. Dynamic #2 doubles duo, Rhyan Osteen and Megan Turner were the first ones off the court with a 1,1 victory over the Bulldogs. Soon to follow were #3 singles sophomore Adrianne Granda with a 3,0 win, #4 singles sophomore Adrianna Udensi with a 4, 0 win, and to give us our final win for the night #5 singles senior Bailee Smith with a 3,4 win. Both #1 singles senior Elizabeth Peacock, and #2 singles senior Celia Cox took their matches to 3rd set tiebreakers and fell just short of victory. Overall, a very exciting big win for the Lady Cavaliers in their second region match of the season!
